Why We Built Keyholder

If you've been doing this for a while, you already know the problem: the dynamic is real, but the bookkeeping around it usually isn't. A points system in a Notes app. A chore list that only one of you remembers to update. "Did you already do that today?" texted back and forth mid-afternoon. None of that is anyone's fault -- it's just what happens when the tools weren't built for this specific thing.

Keyholder exists because we wanted a shared source of truth that both partners could actually trust, without turning the relationship itself into a spreadsheet.

What we actually built

Chores & Points -- assign tasks, require photo proof, approve or reject, and let points build toward rewards either of you defines.
Custom Rewards & Consequences -- no hard-coded list. Write your own, set the cost or the terms, and track it together.
Device Care, on a real schedule -- the keyholder sets exactly when care happens each day (or which days are off), instead of relying on someone remembering.
One-directional location sharing -- when it's on, the keyholder can see the submissive's location. Never the reverse. That asymmetry is intentional, not an oversight.
Emergency Stop -- always available to either partner, instantly, with zero approval required. This is non-negotiable and it's free on every plan.

What we didn't build

We didn't build a community feed, a way to browse other people's dynamics, or anything that turns your relationship into content. Keyholder is built around exactly two linked accounts -- nothing either of you does here is visible to anyone outside that link.

Who this is for
